Can I change plans later?
Yes. Qwickly is structured so you can start with the tools you need now and move into a larger plan or custom setup as your business grows.
Can I build a custom plan?
Yes. The build-your-plan calculator is based on the custom-plan structure used inside the app, including staff, locations, WhatsApp usage, campaigns, AI, analytics, and workflow add-ons.
Are WhatsApp messages included?
WhatsApp reminders and messaging are part of the Qwickly pricing model, but final usage may depend on message volume and the exact WhatsApp setup your business needs.
Do I need to pay per staff member?
Starter is designed for one staff member, Pro supports up to five, and Business is intended for larger teams. Custom plans can also be built around your actual staff count.
Are campaigns included?
WhatsApp campaigns are included from Pro upward. Email campaigns, SMS campaigns, review requests, and advanced campaign analytics should still be treated as coming soon.
Is WhatsApp AI included?
AI-assisted WhatsApp booking support is included across the plan structure with different message allowances. Review mode remains important so teams can approve AI-prepared replies before sending.
What happens if I need custom workflows?
Custom workflows can be discussed separately for businesses with specific booking rules, automation needs, reporting requirements, multi-location setups, or campaign processes.
Are the prices final?
The page shows the current public plan direction and a live estimate. Final pricing may depend on usage, staff count, message volume, and custom workflow requirements.
